Instead of insisting on my way, I said, “I respect your decision”. I meant it. We went ahead with her choice and ended up having a fantastic time exploring the cityscape.

This phrase reassures your partner that you value their opinions and choices. It can create a safe space for open dialogue and mutual decision-making in your relationship.
