With that said, there are certain things that the most joyful people in life never do. Let’s explore what these are.

1) Happiest people never compare themselves to others

One of the surest ways to rob yourself of joy is to compare your life, your achievements, or your possessions with those of others.

Happy people understand that everyone’s journey is unique. They know that each person has their own set of experiences, lessons, and victories that have shaped them into who they are.

2) Happy people don’t dwell on past mistakes
